Frequently asked questions
Why is the GIF larger than my video?
GIF is an old format without modern compression. Use a lower width, fewer frames per second or a shorter clip to reduce the size.
Why is there a 30-second limit?
Longer GIFs quickly become very large and are hard to share. For longer clips use "Trim video" and keep MP4.
Is the sound kept?
No, GIFs cannot contain audio.
